We start by asking you which messaging app you prefer to use. We offer Telegram, and Facebook Messenger. Then we begin a conversation with you to identify your goals and habits and how aggressive you want us to be in keeping you accountable. From there all you need to do is send us a photo of your meal every day.
Step 1. You send us a photo of your food. Step 2: We send back the calories and nutrient information for that meal. Step 3: You make adjustments to what you are eating based on the information we send you. As you progress with minicoach your adjustments will help you lose weight. If you hit your calorie target every day you will get there faster.
